Roofing and the layers beneath it
The roofing work included removing and replacing the existing roof covering. The material package included Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black, matching ProEdge hip and ridge shingles, starter shingles, Resisto ice and water shield, and synthetic underlayment. Roof-edge metal and flashing work were also included in the scope. Roofing installation was completed in May 2026.
Two siding profiles in one color
The front elevation used white Norandex Board & Batten siding for a vertical profile. The right, back, and left elevations used white Norandex Cedar Knolls D5 siding for a horizontal profile. The siding scope also included housewrap, fanfold insulation, window tape, fascia, and vented soffit. Siding installation was completed in May 2026.
Finishing with gutters and downspouts
White 5-inch gutters and white 2-by-3-inch downspouts completed the exterior scope. The gutter installation was completed in July 2026. Planning all three trades together allowed roofing, siding, trim, and drainage components to be addressed within one project.
